Are your products truly natural?
Yes — and I'm honest about what that means. Every ingredient is chosen for its function and safety. I don't use synthetic fragrances, unnecessary preservatives, or filler ingredients included just for label appeal. "Natural" to me means responsible formulation, not a marketing shortcut.
Are your products safe for sensitive or hormone-sensitive skin?
Hormone-conscious formulation is a core part of how I work. I avoid ingredients that are known endocrine disruptors, and I choose alternatives (like bakuchiol instead of retinol) specifically because they're gentler on bodies navigating hormonal change. Where are your products made?
Love Botanics products are formulated and produced in small batches by me, with hands-on oversight throughout. I hold my formulations to European skincare standards.
I'm not used to natural skincare actually working. What should I try first?
A fair skepticism — and one I hear often. Start with either the Snail Eye Cream (if you want to see what a well-formulated active can do around the delicate eye area) or the Bakuchiol Serum (if you're looking for visible skin texture and tone improvement). Give it 4–6 weeks. I think you'll be surprised.
How simple can my routine be?
Very. Cleanser, serum or treatment, moisturiser, SPF in the morning. You don't need more than that. My products are designed to work within a simple routine — not to create dependency on a 10-step system.
Do you offer workshops?
Yes — and they're growing. I offer hands-on workshops in perfume blending, body scrubs, face masks, and bath salts. They're designed to reconnect you with your senses and your own intuition around self-care. What's your return/exchange policy?
If a product doesn't work for your skin, please get in touch. I'd rather help you find the right formula than have you sit with something that isn't serving you.
